Personal story
About
Growing up as a cross-cultural child between the Middle East and Europe, I was shaped by moving through different languages, cultures, religions, and political realities. My journey has been both rich and challenging. Perhaps it was this complexity that drew me to psychology, science, philosophy, and art as ways of understanding the individual psyche and its surroundings.
Through these formative experiences, my perspective on life and human connection continues to evolve. It has shaped my belief that people make sense in context, and that the patterns we develop, even the difficult ones, were once meaningful responses to the worlds we grew up in. This lived experience enables me to hold complexity, which is something I bring into my work as a therapist.
